REQUIREMENTS FRAMEWORK

This framework has been developed to guide the occupier in developing their Requirements Brief. It can be used to help create an initial version and inform updates as the project progresses. It’s primary functions is to guide decision-making for the occupier, and to support of process of briefing and challenging the design and delivery teams to get the optimised solution.

The framework is broken down into core aspects of a fit-out. Each is considered in a discrete section with cross-referencing to other relevant sections within the wider Toolkit. Each section:

Highlights key opportunities.
Suggests design principles to consider.
Links to additional industry guidance.
Provides industry examples at the end of every page via the "Solutions Scrapbook”.
