SEGRO have published their latest corporate social responsibility report outlining key achievements of their CSR strategy focusing on their people, community and environment. 

Highlights from the report include: 

• 250,000 sqm of space environmentally certified in 2016;
• 61% reduction in energy intensity achieved in 2016;
• 9.2 MW of onsite renewable energy capacity EPRA GOLD AWARD achieved for the 4th consecutive year;
• 9 GWh of power from onsite installations, up from 5.5 GWh in 2015;
• 98 per cent of construction and demolition waste and 84 per cent of excavation waste reused or recycled across 16 projects.
