The Better Buildings Partnership is delighted to welcome Logicor as the 35th member of the BBP.
Logicor is one of the largest owners and operators of modern logistics and distribution properties in Europe. As at 31 December 2019 Logicor owned a portfolio of 618 high-quality properties with a lettable area of approximately 13.6 million square metres located in key European logistics markets. Logicor is headquartered in London and Luxembourg.
In addition to asset management, Logicor has an active development programme, allowing it to support its customers’ supply chain requirements through the construction of modern, well-located logistics warehouses.
The BBP’s growing membership base now covers in excess of £240bn of assets under management in the UK & Europe and provides a vital forum for sharing knowledge, developing consistent industry standards and demonstrating industry leadership on sustainability issues.
