CLS Holdings latest sustainability report outlines their Sustainability Charter and the achievements they have made towards delivering these aims throughout 2016.

Key highlights include:

• 11.4% Reduction in carbon emissions across the Group
• 100% of UK properties fully compliant with the EPC regulation which comes into effect in 2018
• A total of 11 sustainability building certifications in progress or achieved across the Group
• 51% recycling achieved across our managed UK assets
• 50 new smart meters installed across our UK assets to improve our monitoring and management
• 27 CSR events which took place across the Group
• Total od 551,000 kWh of renewable and low carbon generation (enough to power 275 typical UK homes per year)
