The BBP’s Managing Agents Partnership Welcomes Gerald Eve as Latest Member
19 December 2024The BBP’s Managing Agents Partnership (MAP) welcomes Gerald Eve plc as its latest member, expanding the membership to 19 leading organisations committed to improving the sustainable management of commercial property assets.
Gerald Eve is a UK-based firm of chartered surveyors and advisors, consisting of over 600 professionals across nine offices. In addition to property management, Gerald Eve's expertise covers capital markets, corporate real estate advisory, asset management, tenant representation, landlord leasing, planning and development and building consultancy, valuation and business rates services.
In 2020, the firm declared a climate emergency and set a goal of moving beyond net zero to be carbon negative for all their operations and business travel by 2030. Their 2023 Environmental Impact Report has shown a 67% annual reduction in GHG emissions, and 100% of their direct electricity and 88% of indirect electricity sourced from green tariffs with REGOs.
