Grosvenor Britain & Ireland Achieves Passivhaus First at 11 and 19 Passmore Street

11 and 19 Passmore Street are the first privately rented buildings in London to achieve the EnerPHit Passivhaus standard. Developed by Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, the refurbished properties give customers the best of both worlds – the appeal of a period home at a quality above new build. Building on the success of this project, Grosvenor is already upgrading more buildings to the EnerPHit Passivhaus standard.

BREEAM Excellent for Legal & General's Refurbishment of 6 Agar Street

Transport for London Pilots the RE:FIT Programme in 22 Head Office Buildings

TfL played a key role in the Greater London Authority’s successful pilot of the RE:FIT programme, implementing a range of energy saving measures across 22 of its Head Office buildings. These improvements will yield annual energy savings worth £500,000 and cut 2,400 tonnes of CO2 emissions.

Aberdeen Asset Management Engages with Biffa on PV

Aberdeen Asset Management has completed the installation of a 250 kWp solar PV array on an investment property within its UK portfolio. The industrial installation, comprising 1,000 solar panels, will provide renewable energy to occupier Biffa Waste Services, at a discount versus National Grid rates.

Hammerson and B&Q Partner on Eco Learning Store

intu – LED Rollout Cuts Energy Costs and Carbon Emissions
