CLS Holdings Nearly Doubles Recycling Rates

CLS Holdings has nearly doubled recycling rates through a recycling campaign across multi-let offices, retail and leisure space and student accommodation. An increase in the ratio of recycling bins to general waste bins has been critical to the success of the campaign, along with occupier engagement and food waste recycling.

Savills Launches Food Waste Digesters at Princesshay

At Princesshay Shopping Centre in Exeter, managing agent Savills and asset manager The Crown Estate have installed three food waste digesters, significantly increasing recycling, cutting disposal costs for occupiers and reducing environmental impacts. Following the success of this initiative, Savills is considering food waste digester opportunities for other sites in England.

British Land's Fit-out Waste Guidelines
